FAQs

  • What meals are covered at Catalyst 2024?

    Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided on full show days Aug 14 & 15 and a grab and go lunch will be provided on Friday before excursions or travel.

  • Is transportation for Catalyst provided?

    Transportation to/from the Hyatt is on own if you are not staying on property. Transportation to/from evening events is also on own, but most of the events will be within a short walk of the Hyatt.

  • What’s the weather going to be like there?

    Average summer temperatures are a high of 90 degrees and low of 60 degrees, and it's not called the windy city for fun, so prepare wisely.

  • What is the dress code?

    We suggest packing layers. Chicago is beautiful in the summer but ballrooms and meeting space can be cold. If you’re participating in an excursion plan to bring attire for outdoor activities. Once you sign up for an excursion more specific direction and attire information will be provided. 


  • Do I need to dress up for the welcome reception and/or closing party?

    The welcome reception is on August 14th at the Hyatt, attire is business casual. The Catalyst attendee party will be on August 15th and more details will be shared with you closer to the event date on theme and attire

  • How do I book excursions during Catalyst?

    We will be sending out more details on excursions and how to sign up shortly, keep an eye out for an email from us once you’ve registered!
